Site Preparation
Anything from commercial buildings to multifamily housing units, apartment complexes and student housing, our crews make your project a success. We will grade the site, install building pads, and complete all underground utilities, including storm drain and water detention ponds. But your project is not finished yet, we also specialize in streets/parking lots and finish the site with final grading. Lowden Excavating is your turn key earthwork contractor . In addition, we have experience working side by side with vertical contractors, providing the most equitable solutions to project completion dates and budgetary needs. We offer options to unforeseen issues that arise, and base the solutions on our almost 40 years of construction experience. Subdivisions
We will conduct a complete clear and grub of the property -- cautious of tree removal and a balanced grading plan for the site, when possible. Our subdivision projects consist of storm drain and detention ponds, underground sewer and water lines, lot grading and street building. We also have experience installing retaining walls and entrances. We will complete our job quickly and efficiently and let the home builders start working.
